The ROTROL 32 T/M
robot controller offers the operator all the advantages of
software designed especially for the requirements of the welding
industry.This software is based on powerful PC-standard processor
components and ensures good movement behaviour and high path
accuracy of the robot during welding. The main part of the control
is a 32 bit CPU, which enables 6 internal robot axes and 6
external peripheral axes to be controlled simultaneously. In
addition to the standard software functions, there are many
additional practical options, such as 3D transformation,
generation of spatial points via program command, TCP
transformation, multi-layer programming, easy administration of
welding parameters, master-slave operation as well as seam
tracking and sensor functions. |
A 440 kB working memory, in which 32
programs can be stored simultaneously, enables extensive and complex
welding programms to be handled. A 3,5“ disk drive is used. The control
offers extensive support in all error situartions, i. e. when writing a
program and during the program run.
