FlexLine combines products and systems into solutions for interior and exterior prime coat, base coat and clear coat. In addition to underbody sealing, interior seam sealing, underbody coating, stone chip.

Flexible solution for Automotive painting

To help you to improve the productivity and quality of your coating operations, the ABB offer includes:

	Paint Robots: Whether floor mounted or on a track, ABB Paint robots provide high uptime and low paint consumption. Paint and air hoses are integrated into hollow wrist to reduce contamination. The range includes robots for interior, exterior, door-, hood- and lid openers.
	Side- and Top (SiTo) machines: ABB Side- and Top machines are high-speed reciprocators enabling high production capacity. They utilize our advanced robot technology for motion and process control and are designed with fewer gearboxes and transmissions than traditional motion machines.
	ProcessWare : To achieve optimum paint savings and finish quality, ABB has developed the Integrated Process Control (IPS). ABB’s unique IPS system features closed loop regulation and high-speed control for paint and airflow adjustments. This minimizes overspray and secures a uniform paint thickness. Monitoring and optimizing process parameters during production gives you high uptime.
	Atomizers : ABB atomizers achieve significant material savings, uniform film build and high finish quality as well as reduce the impact on the environment due to their high transfer efficiency.

In addition, ABB has developed solutions for sealing (FlexSeal), paint preparation and distribution (FlexDistribution) and Paint System which includes surface preparation, spray booths, ovens and abatement devices.
